Maybe I am influenced by my zodiac sign Gemini, in any case I feel that I am a super airy person. I am always in motion, sparkling and floating, more than being grounded. I always felt light, maybe too light, and I had difficulties to feel my body and to connect with it. Asana practice and mostly meditation and breathing exercises help me to connect with my body and especially to live in it.
What I love about yoga is that it deeply relaxes me and at the same time it gives me so much energy, which brings me back to the here and now. Yoga teaches me to accept different situations in a more balanced way and it gives me LOVE, that I want to share with others.
Since I discovered the power of yoga, I am on a journey towards a more positive, healthy and happy lifestyle and I would like to share this with each and everyone that I am able to. I have been teaching yoga in regular classes since completing my Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga in April 2019 in Thailand (ONE YOGA RYS 200 hours).
